Following an online seminar in October 2007 I have had an association with Viv. Firstly a short meeting to discuss my sole practitioner accountancy practice then as a business mentor since February 2008.
Viv was able to look at my practice and make some clear decisions as to what was required to bring my practice up to date. With Viv’s expertise, guidance and encouragement I have since implemented new software, systems and procedures, which have:
- Improved efficiencies
- Improved profitability
- Increased gross fees by 50% without taking on more clients
- Achieved IRD filing percentages
- Employed an office administrator
- Freed my time from compliance work
- Reduced the hours I spend in the office. I do not come into the office during weekends or evenings. I used to do both.
Viv has transformed my practice as listed above. Her positive attitude and clear vision enables her to make the right decisions at the right time. She can see the bigger picture and is very client focused. We have had some differing opinions at times but I usually find Viv’s views and ideas are correct in the end because she can foresee the end result.
I have really enjoyed my association with Viv and believe she is, and will continue to be, a leading figure in the accountancy profession.
