We have been a long time user of Business Fitness and a great believer in the philosophy behind the systemisation, so when it came to restructure and really put some oomph into my business I knew I needed professional help. Having used Viv’s services ad hoc previously, I decided to approach her to take us on as a regular business coaching client.

We’ve now been working together for a year. During this time Viv has helped me determine what was needed, guided me in implementing the changes, and held me accountable to make sure they happened.
